Hard material. If it lands anywhere that's not your palm, it stings hard. Would've preferred the material to be a little more gentle on the limbs.

I’m a first time bowling pin juggler, these were easy to pick up and use! I like the weight, not too heavy, but not too light you can’t juggle them.
