I didn't think these balls would bounce straight with dimples and a seam and a flat end, but they do.The colors are rich. The balls are lightweight and bounce high but still easy to control and handle. I got these for my nephews (ages 5 and 1) when they come to visit and I feel good about the safety of these. They are easy to hold and soft enough to not hurt of they hit your body.I'm not sure if this is a good price point for this kind of ball because I have nothing to compare it to. But since they are good quality and don't have an obnoxious chemical smell and they are so inviting to look at and hold and play with, they may be worth the cost. Recommended.
