Items took a couple weeks to receive. But the shirts themselves do run rather small. I order my husband a 2x and it fit like a 1x. Also the material is rather thin see through I should say. Not what we expected.

Shirts fit great and looked great. They are very soft, stretchy breathable material. The working I added to the front and back looked really good. I will be ordering more.

I am a returning customer. My first order was a custom collared shirt with a logo. The logo came out nice and the shirt was a decent quality. My second order was a custom t-shirt with a logo. However, the t-shirt I received had a huge neck opening. I contacted the seller, and they were very understanding and replaced the t-shirt with a collared shirt with the same logo at no charge. They also informed me that they will make adjustments in the future to make the neckline smaller. They were very understanding and actually listened to customers comments. I commend them for being very supportive in their customers needs.

I give 2 stars because they sent me another size since the XL I ordered was nothing like our XL size here in thr US. The measurements for the neck and arms are just completely off which makes it wider than necessary. The design that was printed was spot on though.

The design they did on the shirt was perfect! But the shirt was not as expected. They have very large neck openings, my husband is a large guy (6ft4inch 310lbs) and the neck opening came to the middle of his shoulders. Shirt was short in length as well and the reflection material looked like tape that was poorly placed on the shirt. I would have really like to give a better review because the logo they did was amazing( better than some of the higher priced graphic companies we have used in the past for shirts)

The image was put on the shirt with a heat press application and you can see the scorched in square shape of the press on both the front and back image. This is poor craftsmanship. To wait a month for this is ridiculous. Won’t be buying another shirt from this seller. Maybe I will get lucky and the scorched square shape will wash out.
