Just low quality. Then will fall out or tear fabric under any stress (or both).

Only works for a few on thick fabric and then it won’t work you need a new tool.

The kit is good. It does exactly as advertised and I'd buy it again. My only observation was that the grommets were of a softer metal, and when I hammered them like normal they smashed together too far. Done lightly they work. Buy the kit, and add some higher quality grommets for a solid kit. (Don't get me wrong, the grommets included worked just fine, just soft on installation.)

Mini mallet and cutter are pretty much junk, everything else is great! Punch and grommets ( you know what you actually use) are nice quality. Add a pair of scissors and a nicer hammer to your project list with these!

The punch was so dull it would not go through a single layer of fabric and the grommet were very flimsy as well.
