Very pretty but our kitties are fed on the counters and they will knock off the plates when they are finished. These are breakable so would not work for us.

I have bought 2 sets of the stands and 2 sets of these extra bowls. My cats love them!!! Great height on the stands and the bowls are just deep enough to contain the food. Use them for both my adult cat and kitten. There is some food spillage now and then but honestly that doesn't bother me.

I am very pleased with these dishes. These were packaged well when they arrived. I was feeding my cats on old tupperware lids so they wouldn't get whisker fatigue, but they'd make a mess and leave food behind. There was no mess or left over food in these dishes. They also stayed put on my tile floor, no need for them to chase around their dish. They're a good size as I have a cat that doesn't like pate food and it has to be separated into little chunks and there was enough room on this for that purpose.These are ceramic, so yes, they will probably break if dropped from counter or at the right angle as a different customer complained about, so I'm not sure why they found that surprising. I just hope to avoid them cracking off little parts like some of my normal dishes have done. I'll update if that becomes an issue.
