They should include some instructions that tell you that you will need to bend the prongs to hold in place. We were trying to push them into place and expected them to pop into the hole and hold themselves in place. We realized that you need to push them into the hole and then bend the prongs out to get them to stay. They do fill the hole well, they just require a bit of extra bending. Good fit.
