The description says a 2 pack. Only one arrived. Opened the box and the actual salt rock was detached from the base. I glued it and it seems to be sticking.

I was so excited about these! But then they came in and they are not battery powered. They all have huge clunky power cords instead and nowhere to put batteries. I’m so frustrated! Now I have to lug these all the way to the store to return them (and boy are they heavy). I never would have ordered them if I had known they weren’t actually battery powered. I was hoping for a way to contact the company but I’m struggling to find a way and to go through Amazon is just a return that involves me having to carry these to a store. And my search for actual battery operated ones has to start over. So frustrating! If battery powered is important to you - skip the extra frustration of this order!

First of all, it was supposed to be 2 salt lamps. It only contained 1 lamp. Second of all, the only packaging in the box was a ziplock bag. No bubble wrap at all. It looks like it’s been used and the salt was broken off the base. The screws on the bottom of the base are rusty, the batteries won’t stay in and the battery cover doesn’t latch. Piece of junk

I ordered these about a month ago. When they came in one of the electric fixtures was busted. I didn’t return because one of the salt lamps was white and I didn’t want to lose that. So I made a second order. Both of the electric fixtures are rusted, one is completely smashed. It came with one light bulb, just floating around in the box and busted! This product is complete crap!

I gifted 4, and everyone loved them! I got one for myself, too. They are all very different in size and shape, love the unique look of each. Love the dimmer switch for night time. The cord is a good length to reach from the outlet to your nightstand or table.One of the lamp's dimmer switches didn't work, but they promptly refunded me for the one lamp. Great service!

It’s not that it’s a bad product it was the way it was packaged. The nightlight bulbs that came with it were totally pulverized and destroyed. Glass dust. The product was in a box that was too big and the lamps were in the box loose. The product simply could move around and smash them. The person packing this simply didn’t care. They should be taken out back and tortured and then turn the dogs loose on them that’ll teach him
