I called a repair man to replace the rope on my mower. He wanted over $75.00 just to replace the rope and for labor. Ordered the starter pull assembly for less than $20.00 and was able to fix my mower with just a screwdriver in less than 15 minutes.

The product was easy to replace. However the one I got, The system after several uses started to fail. I got the yard done several times over. It is still cheaper than paying someone. The company reached out and fixed my issues. You need to take time to support companies that take care of their customers. Thank you HIPA.
