this will be a great mister for hot summer days. the mist is very fine and can be adjusted by changing the water flow on the valve that is included. it has plenty of length on the feed line to reach a hose or faucet and the thicker end with the misters can be shaped to set on the ground wrap around a pole or a chair arm. it is really nice and like sitting in a heavy fog cooling with out getting soaked as you would if you got spayed by a hose.

As a mister this system is decent, you get a fairly long hose so not limited in location and it does produce a nice fine mist for cooling when a breeze on hot days. Connections are tight, so no dripping, and the spigot works good to start or stop water flow. What really limits it is the lack of a mount or tripod and having to rely on wrapping the mist head around something. In concept this might seem sufficient but in application the actual availability of something to use that would still let the mist be optimal is minimal. For the price its not bad, but buyer should be very aware of where and how they plan to use before getting, not every scenario could work.

I have a flock of 12 chickens who often have to deal with two to four weeks of temperatures above 100 degrees F in the summer. They are a heavy-bodied breed, so sometimes they even have to go indoors to an air-conditioned workshop. I'm hoping to set up this mister for them when it gets warmer, to see if this can allow them to stay outside more comfortably. The Mist-erpiece You Didn't Know You NeededI bought this for my patio, but now it’s the VIP misting system for my backyard poultry club. Chickens? Thrilled. Plants? Overjoyed. My kids? This will be great to set up in the hot dry Summertime! They seem like a decent quality and will also be simple enough to set up. The price seemed to reflect its good value, but still seemed a little high priced for what you get.
