Is It Worth The Repair?

Some issues are worth fixing while others aren’t. In the case of a bad TPS if your car is relatively new with low miles then it has a long road ahead of it and maybe it is worth your while. Now if your vehicle has existing damages, high mileage, and now mechanical issues then it's best to sell that AS IS to avoid throwing away your hard-earned cash into that money pit.

Stopped working after 4 months. Intermittent issue didn't throw a code replaced with OEM. Runs great now! Do not recommend. Pay for the good ones instead. Buy this product if you want to have an emotional disturbance.

After a month or so, it created erratic rpm and response issues that took a while to trace back to this sensor. Even returned one and replaced only for it to happen again. Spend a little more money on one that’s reliable.

Truck would idle very high all the time.Replaced this sensor and idles properly.Worked perfectly on our 1999 Tacoma V6...NOT FOR LONG.The truck started idling too low and would stall at traffic light.Had to replace with OEM part also purchased from Amazon. We will keep this in our spares pile for now.
