Bought two, one for my 1980s era Remington 870 Express and one for the wife's new Mossberg SA 20 for turkey hunting.-Front sight- I was pleased how well the front sight attached with magnets. The plastic "fingers" on each end (along with the a hole to fit over the front bead) were sufficient to keep it centered. Shooting 12 Ga 3" #9 Tungsten magnums didn't cause any concerns. Pulling the gun in/out of the case didn't either. I attribute this to the magnets and "fingers" having enough strength and flexibility. I MUCH preferred the green pipe to the red pipe for quick sight alignment and target acquisition. Red and red blend together which makes sight alignment difficult for my old eyes.-Rear sight- It works,,, sort of. It is a pretty simple design with two plates, plain one on top with screws going through the plate and sight and into the threaded plate under the rib. It is especially adjustable for elevation but windage is iffy because it is too easy for it to slide side-to-side when bumped. It probably could (and should) be shimmed. I didn't have time to do that before my trip.Overall it was a good buy. Slap it on, tighten it enough to sight in, tighten it up more and go hunting. The design has to be as such to fit a wide variety of rib widths. It's only four stars because it take a little more work to make it five stars.

Installed easily. While I was sighting in, the front "magnetic" site fell off on the third round that I shot. To fix this, I simply used a thin strip of carpet tape (a very thin two sided tape). The sights are highly visible, useable, especially when firing slugs.

Other than the fact that one of the two metal plates that slip under the vent rib has two threaded holes the holes were tapped at an angle. It still holds the rear sight on, but two screws fit squarely and two screw are at an angle. Hopefully it will make it easier to get back on target. I want to shoot some trap with two pigeons and a pump shot gun.
