I ordered two identical pieces for the ashes of a dearly loved pet. The ordering process was very easy, and I was very happy to see that the products I received were exactly as I designed. The pendant itself is very well made and surprisingly heavy. However, the included chain is very light and flimsy, and the bail attached to the pendant had come off due to being slightly warped. I had already planned to convert these to key chains, so that wasn't a big deal for me. The pendant alone was an excellent value for the money, though, and I received the items in less than a week. They were nicely boxed, but I felt that the "Best Wishes" printed on the box lid was not really appropriate for the item.
