The photograph is HIGHLY misleading. It is too thin, much shorter. One the positive side, it is so tiny and light that it is easy to slip into your pocket for desperate situations -- especially this year, when the monsoon has got prolonged and carrying an umbrella. Or want to have some protection just in case!! Will protect you in a drizzle. the hood simple doesn't stay on - unless you hold it. It is only hip length and not knee length as in the photos.

These were bought for a theme park and worked great. They have elastic sleeves so they stay put hood has a draw string. Cons: thin plastic so tear easily and sticks to you if hot and sweaty. Adults but sleeves are short. Only two in pack are colored the rest are clear.
