Purchased August 2022. Both sat in the box new/ unused until this summer. Less than 5 hours use, bladders failed . ( refer to photo) I attempted to contact HO for replacementI was told the dealer would have to file the clam for repair or replacement. Dealer was super to deal with. The dealer made a clam for me to HO. Prior to filing the clam the dealer informed me the warranty was for 1 year. I understood, however the tubes sat in a box for a year. I had less than 5 hours use. I asked the dealer if HO could at least SELL me a new bladder. I was told nothing in inventory, unknown when or if they will have new ones. Out $500.. never again HOAUDIE

Second one we’ve bought…last years didn’t last a full year but we had 2 17 year old boys on it. And it was the 4 person one. Bought the 3 person this year for one teenager and one small kid and it did great! It flies!
