I love the aluminum, it is much stiffer and solves the flexing problem. HOWEVER, the center link bushings do not fit the the aluminum center link causing TONS OF SLOP. Just when I was getting ready to return it, I realized the plastic center link works great with the aluminum angle arms. The bushings for the OG piece fit fine and so put the plastic crossmember instead of the aluminum one and it is GREAT. $11...Can't complain. The companies that make these things (the Blackout!) seem to know nothing about actually using these cars, just how to copy other company's designs.

This took the play out of my steering on acceleration but the best upgrade is removing the servo saver for my red cat blackout

This is an excellent upgrade for the blackout. Not only is it stronger as well as looking great, but it takes most of the play out of the steering that these trucks are notorious for. A+
