I come from a cultural background where everyone uses a hoe like this tool for weeding. BUT, with this tool here having a two-for-one deal, two-birds-one-stone, with a flat side and a fork side... it's truly is a gamechanger and I can't believe I'm excited as a middle age man to share this finding with my mom. This hoe is so easy to use and convenient with the duel sides. Once you're done weeding (the flat side), just flip it over (to the fork side) to start aerating the soil. With the traditional hoe where it's only the flat side you will use the flat side for both weeding and aerating, but the fork is definitely better at that job.The handle has two grips on it, the lower and the upper. The upper grip I think is too high for me to actually use it. I find my hand placing it just right beneath the grip. The upper grip is made of a shiny rubbery plastic, similar to rainboot. The lower grip is more of what I'd expect from a garden tool, it has a grippy texture but it won't make you sweat if you hold it for too long, unlike the upper grip. The lower grip is consistent with what my other garden tool's grip feels like.Even though grip situation could improve, it's not a deal breaker, and the fact is still true that this 1-2 combo-wombo is still legitimately a great invention and I'm wondering all my hoe-ing life (it's a garden tool, okay! lol) where it's been. Glad to finally have it in my garage and I'm super proud and happy that I get to use this moving forward for my weeding and aerating needs. Recommended 100%!

This garden tool is heavy duty and versatile. I like that the head is 2-sided for different tasks. The fiberglass handle feels stable, and it should last a long time

This tool should be called "The Springsteen," because it's the boss! The "forky" side gets in there and shows the dirt and weeds what's what. The hoe side has to be the best hoe in the history of hoeing. It manages to somehow be lightweight and heavy at the same time. This is quickly becoming my favorite gardening instrument. Get it and get the job done.

As I was trying this out, it occurred to me that I had bought my existing hoe shortly after we were married 50 years ago. At the time, I had a vegetable garden, and not enough money to think about renting a tiller, let alone buying one. No doubt I will never work this hoe (or myself) that hard again. Anyway, the important stuff: The hoe is a nice sturdy, yet light-weight tool. The handle is larger diameter than my old hoe, and fits my hands more comfortably, especially if you are breaking harder soil. The two-for-one nature of the double headed tool, is handy, giving you the opportunity to use whichever head fits how you are working the soil, The hoe side breaks open the compacted soil and the rake end smoothes it out or rakes back any old vegetation you are clearing out. Definitely an improvement on my old hoe, both in dual functionality and its more ergonomic feel. Definitely a good replacement for an old standard.

I have a number of flower beds surrounding my house in addition to a small garden. I do some lifting so my back is out of sorts sometimes. When I have to bend over in my beds or garden it sure doesn't help things. When I opened the package for this 2 in 1 hoe I was very impressed. It's ready to use right away. IMHO the hoe isn't light but it's not so heavy that I can't effectively use it. And it's obvious that this is well constructed and durable enough to last for the long haul. For me I've used it to help me pull weeds and small unwanted plants that now I can easily pull out of the ground. I can then use the hoe to rake the mulch back where it needs to be. I have also used it for loosening soil and to assist me in planting. I believe that I could dig holes with it as well but I haven't needed to do that yet. This awesome 2 in 1 hoe comes more than highly recommended from me!!!

This is a very nice, high quality yard tool. It is very sturdy and well made. It is not too heavy that it is difficult for me to use. It is very functional as it can be use for digging, planting, or just popping out weeds. I also, like that it can be used without me bending over straining my back. The grips on the handle keep my hands from sliding and makes using this more comfortable. I have seen similar tools sell for a lot more so this is a wonderful value for the money. Highly recommend!!

An excellent and valuable tool have you have a garden. My man love it because it is very much like our little ones but now he doesn't have to squat or bend over to weed. He can get all the weeds uprooted and pulled up while the kids and/or I go behind him and collect them out of the beds. The tool is well built and sturdy. Due to the size is does have some weight to it but it seems balanced for its use. It is easy for us to use and can make the job smoother end more efficient when we have a lot of weeds to tackle.
