It's not made of beef, but if you use this, you will become a beefcake in about 3 days. Also it's very well made.

I use it in my club and ALL of my clients / members love it...especially the experienced people with depth of knowledge. Great bar, a must have if you are serious...even if you are not, lol.

The thicker handle really starts to work the grip and the straight bar really gives different feel than all the lat bars that are turned down at the ends. It's a great tool to throw in to the mix when exercising. Love it.

Was exactly what I was looking for from a product and functionality perspective so 5 stars there. The shipping on the other hand was ridiculously expensive in comparison to the cost of the item. I'm betting the Seller would move a lot more of these if they figured out more affordable shipping.
