Didn’t run into any issues, works with most outdoor cams, magnet is pretty strong 8/10,I used it on ring outdoor and ring outdoor pro and now on my tapo tp link. Definitely a need if you wanna keep repositioning your camera like me. ( on metals ofcourse)

I have a Wyze OG camera pointed at my cats’ litter boxes so I can keep track of their bathroom habits (fun stuff). The best placement is on my washing machine but of course every time it’s running, the camera goes flying off. I considered jury-rigging my own solution but was happy to find this mount instead. And it works great! The magnet is very strong, and I can place the camera on the top or side of the machine with no problem. I’m so happy I no longer have to deal with moving the camera around and having to readjust it as I do laundry.My only (very minor) complaint is that I didn’t realize this came with the OG adapter and bought that as well. So that will need to be returned, but no big deal.

Update: This does NOT fit Wyze OG, Wyze V2, Wyze V3 or V4!! So which Wyze camera DOES it fit?!The item description for this magnetic mount says it is compatible with many brands including Wyze. The mounting hole on Wyze cameras differ between the different models; the OG has a much smaller diameter. It way fit one of my other Wyze models (I have many from the V2 up) but I haven’t taken any of my other ones down to try it out. If not, it’s going back on Amazon’s dime.It does seem like a quality mount with a strong magnet.

I used this to attach a wireless camera to a galvanized steel garage. I thought for sure when Hurricane Helene came through that it would be knocked down. I live in SC and we had power lines and trees down and lost power for a week. This bad boy magnetic mount stayed in place!!! So impressed!!!
