Lasted for one season. Spikes on the bottom, meant to help stabilize the tree are plastic and don't do much to hold the tree in place. My six-foot tree wound up tilting a few hours after it went up. Can't recommend the product.

This was a perfect fit! Very large and sturdy, easy to fill with water and no danger of tipping over. Very pleased with this tree stand...our tree stayed green for two months!

If that's what you're going for. cool. it's a solid, enormous tree stand. Can hold an enormous tree for giants. Not what I needed. Sent it back.

The screws barely fit in. I needed a wrench and it took forever...the screws were hot by the time they made it through! Also, as others mentioned, if your trunk is thin this won’t work. I’d say a diameter of less than 5” wouldn’t work. That said, it’s sturdy (7 ft tree) and once you get it in place seems to do the job.

Downsizing to a small, 5-foot Christmas tree, this stand was perfect! I wanted a small stand that would not take up too much space, but that would securely hold a tree with a small-diameter trunk. I had to order the stand before I bought my tree, but the stand turned out to be perfect for the tree I bought, even though the trunk's diameter is only about 3 inches. I don't have much strength in my hands, but I remembered to spray some WD-40 on the metal thingies, and then was actually easily able to twirl them in using a pair of pliers. It was easy enough to do that I managed to do it alone without any help. The depth of the stand is 7 inches, which meant that I only had to remove four tiny branches from the base of the tree, and the tree is now completely stable in the stand.
