The item received was not "as described": both shoulder pads came undone at the seams. The shoulder pads came undone on both sides after threading the strap through them. Hollis' new mother company, Huish outdoors, did little to address my concerns and directed me to a blank RMA form (frankly, I can return quicker via Amazon). At this point still debating if I should unthread the whole thing and send back (with high chances I'll get the same quality again). This was Huishi's second chance after a zeagle mask failed me while diving.April 4, 2019 updateHuishi did respond and said the whole batch of shoulder pads in stock has the same manufacturing defect. They said this has been addressed with their supplier and they are expecting a new, "fixed" batch to arrive. I am still at a loss because of poor quality control so for now I guess I wait. And their review stays at 1 star.
