A shout out to Butler Safe, Lock and Key. Process was painless to get them the code for the keys I needed. They respond promptly and confirm what is needed via the ‘Amazon Customize Product’ messaging.Keys arrived quickly and were perfect. They fit perfectly, slightly snug , so I have no worries about them becoming sloppy over time; requiring jiggling or fiddling that happens with copies of copies of keys!Keys came with a direct support phone number, hints and tips on using keys and locks -which were welcome and helpful. How many times do most of us open our fireboxes or containers with round keyways??I’d happily purchase again- time for backup copies of other keys, and I’d be glad to purchase more containers or keyways from them in the future.
