I have four in the bronze color and two in the white. I love them, and keep them up all year. Could work well for intruders in a pinch, too.

These are perfect for the stockings. The weight of these are substantial. They hold a stuffed stocking the way we doing anyway, perfectly. Very pleased with the product.

I’ve always done very full stockings for my family . Fruits, sweets, treasures, you name it! Hence im always in the market for great stocking holders that can carry the load and looks nice with my decor at the same time. With my winter wonderland theme, woodland decor, this was perfect. I actually love anything cast iron, so this was perfect, i purchased two. And will buy more.Thanks for making something that will last for generation to come, great product.

I purchased a similar looking bronze colored acorn stocking holder for my now 2 1/2-year-old grandson for his first Christmas, could not remember the brand. Combing through the options on Amazon, I found this one, just perfect for my grandson's new baby sister, to have her first Christmas stocking holder. What I liked most is that it looked sturdy/heavy weight (to hold a filled stocking w/out falling off the mantel.) The creamy white color will distinguish whose acorn is whose! The acorn(s) stayed put filled, unfilled with just the stocking hanging, it (they) looked festive, it (they) did not look cheap!

I bought two of these a few years ago and used them to hang a curtain rod with all our stockings. That option didn't work well for me (because of the high trafficked area where the stockings were hung - it might work for others), so I finally bit the bullet and bought four more. They are some of the only stocking holders on the market that will actually hold a FULL stocking. They are VERY heavy, sturdy, and well made. I was worried the holders I previously purchased would not match the new ones, but they are the same - I can't tell the difference between the two sets. These are pricey, but the price is justified. I consider them heirloom items and anticipate they will be handed down for generations.
