It’s a cute chair but is very noisy it creeks like is an old chair it’s so loud. It started like 2 weeks after I assembled it. I would recommend keeping the box in case you need to send it back.

The padding is thin on the back of the chair and the massage (vibration) is kinda loud. My favorite part is the heat.

Less than 6 months it stopped working all together.Minimal usage. Adapter broke within a month and they did send a replacement. No idea why it won’t work at all. Was great while it lasted. Could be cushier but I wanted the heater. Won’t buy again.

Do you know how you ride in your car and if you have lower back pain a lot of the times I will use the heat in the car seat and it helps, this chair is the same way. The vibration is nice too,. Just remember the heat is most effective 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, just like ice would be needed to intermittently be removed and then put back on. 100% recommend this chair my husband quickly put it together for me and it’s working great he did not have any issues.
