I think it was installed incorrectly so the gears slipped on the other gears and broke some teeth off now it's unusable. Only had it for 2 months use probably six times.Replacement gears would be nice I would even be willing to buy them.

This mop bucket works great for small commercial use. Clean water bucket stays clean so you aren't just pushing dirty water around floors. We have seen a drastic improvement on the floors we clean with this mop bucket .

Truthfully, I go through so many mop buckets due to my business and I have to say I like the bucket but the wringer isn't easy to use. My staff complained about how hard it is to drain the water from the mop head, other than that it's a great bucket for a small office. However, I will not purchase again unless they make some improvement's with the wringer.
