I wear a woman's size 7 1/2 shoe. This step is way to small to do any type of high impact aerobic activities on. I started a return for two of them today and they are charging me almost $13.00 to ship them back. This is absolutely ridiculous. They aren't safe for me and my daughter to use and now I'm out time and expenses.

My main complaint about this step is that when I move it from one spot to the other the leg extensions always fall off. Which is a pain in the butt when trying to follow a fast moving workout. Otherwise it worked well when stable and on a nonskid surface

Great when taken apart for storage but difficult to disassemble. A little short for my 5'7" frame when I need to lay on it for floor exercises but worth the price and I love that it fits under my tv stand.

This is a great product. I used it on carpet and I was able to balance well no tipping over. I immediately felt a burning sensation in my thighs 1 minutes into stepping up and down. This is very convenient. It doesn’t take up a lot of space. This is a great addition to my home gym. You can use the stepper to complete cardio are as a bench for an toning.

This workout Stepper is perfect and easy to store. At " Vegas Hot Yoga" they use these exact steppers for our Bootcamp class. I was excited when I saw I could order it on Amazon for a really great price! I was a little concern would it be as good as the one at the gym or sturdiness. It looks the same it can't be for the price. It is sturdiness easy to store and I love it.
