Working from home, I had developed a bad habit of just sitting all day. I suffer from restless leg syndrome and not being up and moving around like I did when I worked at the office was causing me to have more and more issues with that. When I saw this elliptical, I decided to give it a shot,Smooth pedalling and level of difficulty as well as speed can be easily changed with the remote. The remote is such a plus, especially when I am on a zoom meeting and I need to speed up, slow down, turn it off or turn it on. There has been a noticeable improvement with my RLS - I don't have to sit here and shake my legs all day and I have few issues when trying to fall asleep at night.

I got this under desk elliptical, hoping I could burn some calories while sitting on conference calls, however it's powered to move your feet. I was hoping for something that would provide resistance so that I could actually burn calories, my movement wasn't even enough to activate my Apple watch after 10 minutes. With that said, if you're rehabbing legs, knees or something else on your lower body, this would be great!Assembly: It was super easy to assemble, all I had to do was add the foot pads to the bars.Functionality: I have no idea what any of the different modes mean or do. I even consulted the instruction book and I'm still confused. The remote control can change the "mode" and the speed, but when you don't know what the mode is, it's not much help. And no mode offered resistance, which is what I wanted. It runs smooth though, there was no pain or discomfort to my legs or knees while using it.I definitely see a use for this machine, it's just not what I wanted. They should remove the "seamless office fitness" slide in the advertisement.
