Fully assembled. Out of the box and on the wall. You can use nails but I would suggest using the screws that are included. I would purchase again.

Bought this for decoration in my son’s room. They are good for what they are. Don’t use this for hanging heavy items. Not sure it would hold. Great form pictures and lightweight objects.

I ordered these, and when they came in, one of the shelves had a chip in the wood which took the stain with it. I contacted the seller and they responded right away. They set things right, without any hassle at all. Strongly recommend them.

Great quality little shelves. One of them has a few flaws in the metalwork but not a terribly big deal. I went to order them again for my niece and they were no longer available! I didn’t give it 5 stars for install because it came with nothing to install it or hang it. No directions...however it is pretty easy to figure it out, as well as if you have the stuff. I used one screw in the middle mountain top and two nails under each side mountain top.
