Zero stars. Don't buy from this company, they lack customer service and refuse to accept the product I received is defective. The seat is very uncomfortable, I can feel the massage element when I sit down. I expect to only feel it when I activate it. I contacted Homrest and their solution is for me to pay to ship it back for a refund or resell it local to my area. Oh, and they offered a $40.00 refund for my trouble. The cost for me to ship it back exceeds the value of the chair. It is disappointing Homrest refuses to accept I have a defective seat. They didn't even offer to send me a replacement seat. Buyer beware with Homrest, they don't stand by their products and have no interest in customer satisfaction. Amazon should reconsider their relationship with Homrest.

Love the comfort of the chair for a short girl the heat is great. Not a fan of the massage. It is too loud.

Comfort or the chair is below expectations. The massage feature is more like a very mild vibration. Quality was far below what I expected.

Iโve been using this chair for two months now, and I absolutely love it! I think it deserves a five-star review. I work from home almost every day, spending most of my time in this chair, and even after two months, the cushioning is still full and supportive. It wraps around me perfectly and feels super comfortable.What first caught my eye was the designโit has a black-and-white color scheme that looks more casual compared to an all-black chair, which I find a bit too serious. Plus, it comes with a headrest, which was a big reason I chose it. But after using it, I realized the features are even more impressive.The built-in massage points on the backrest and seat make it feel like Iโm sitting in a massage chairโitโs so relaxing! The wheels roll smoothly, even on my carpet, and the footrest is a game-changer. Whenever I want to take a nap, I just pull it out, recline the backrest, and stretch my legsโitโs perfect for resting.Every time guests come over, they ask where I got this chair. Iโll definitely keep recommending it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish office chair!

I bought this chair as Christmas gift for my husband it's not hard to put together but to many pieces.i though I ordered black and gold but I got black/white the massage not very quiet it has noticable noise the heating medium to low not what I was expecting I thing is in the expensive side for I wish for but we decided to keep it because it's not worth it too waist 1 more hour to disassemble it and try to put back in the box to return it.that'd why I give it 3 starts.This the first day I update my review in few months.
