This cabinet arrived with so much damage I could not fully assess it. Numerous dents, warped drawers, and displaced counterweight. It looks like it fell off of the truck. At 77 pounds it should have more robust packaging. The bottom drawer stuck fully opened when I first tried it and I had to remove it completely. The built-in ballast weight in the back was dislodged and jammed into the drawer slide.The cabinet appears to be fairly well built but not nearly as nice as the Hon cabinet I purchased 42 years ago. One big disappointment was that the drawers are several inches less deep than the cabinet. I think it is somewhat overpriced and returned it for a refund.

This is actually a beautiful filing cabinet and I would have given it a 5 star rating if it had arrived without damage. I ordered two of these and they both arrived significantly damaged. Because they still work properly, I chose to keep them. (I had already had to return another, larger lateral file that arrived so damaged the drawers would not open and shut.) These were expensive items and I am very disappointed.

Received today. The cabinet is dented on the left side and the bottom drawer has dents on both sides. I've attached pictures. The dents do not render the product unusable, just unsightly.
