First off, if you have a mini excavator with the Briggs or possibly even the Rato motor, you're going to want one of these. They stupidly don't have a hole directly under the drain. That said, there's not much to it. You remove the original drain plug and screw this in to replace it. You then tuck the hose away until you need to drain. Then you just route the hose to where you want the oil and uncap it. What I like about this hose compared to another I purchased earlier is that this one doesn't want to kink. My other one kinks when it's retained by the little silicone band that is included.

I was happy to see this oil change adapter hose that fits my Honda Generator GX 390. The oil drain plug on my generator is in a terrible place. It's so low to the ground and the generator's frame obstructs getting a pan under it. Now I can drain the oil out the side of the generator frame. It's a time saver and a blessing.5 BIG STARSMake sure that your model is listed before ordering. If you can't find your model, keep looking. Amazon has one that WILL fit your need.
