I use these regularly and even gave a couple to a friend to re-thread mask ear loops. I admit a friend who is a regular crafty person had to explain the best way to use the Bodkin Needle (catching the thread in the long portion that is split, so it doesn't move while you thread your project) it makes threading mask ear loops super easy. They are very sturdy. in the review I gave 3 stars for stretch. Really there is no stretch or give to the Bodkin Needle. It feels like it is made out of a very sturdy metal like stainless steel or something. I will be using them more in the future on different projects as my experience in sewing grows. First time sewer :)

These are great, I purchased them to gift with the masks I made, as I sent extra elastic and/or ties to feed through the masks. The eye is large enough to easily fit bias tape through, and then the crimpy end kind of holds it in place while feeding the bodkin through the hem.

Really didn’t think I needed this many but the price was too good to pass up. I was worried about quality but it was surprisingly sturdy and seemed quite high quality. Wasn’t expecting that due to the price point. Ended up giving a couple away and have lost one already 🙄 as a note: it’s easier if your casing is larger 1/4”. My casing was right at 1/4” so I had to readjust it to allow the bodkin to go through. It’s slightly wide at the eye of it but that allows for easy threading elastic or paracord. Worked well for me!

Bought these to replace the tweezer with the ring type. Very sturdy, one solid piece. The eye may be an issue if have a very thick elastic or material but was large enough for my project and for the ones I have in mind.

Wish this needle was half inch longer. It still works for the purpose I purchased them for, but not very easy to use.
