I purchased for 2002 vtx 1800s. I just received the package and was surprised and a little disappointed to see a used item that still has gas from previous install. It doesn't say anything about being a used item. It is the correct part I'm hoping that it works.

Fixed my problem. If you need this part, because your old one failed, ie black junk on plugs, fuel coming out of exhaust, this should fix it. If it does, change the oil!! There will be gas in it. The bolts are a little tricky, a wobble bit, and a dexterous wife helped.
