it’s oem...i saw a comment about a fitting being missing. just transfer the one off the old one. it comes with grease to do so. also, order some line wrenches while you’re here. i found the cheap craftsman ones to be pretty good.

fit perfectly on my 2005 honda accord 4 cycl engine. Had installed and operating for about 6 months without any issues. I replaced the clutch master along with this slave along with a brand new clutch kit. My clutch is now soft just like new.
