The right side rubs a little on the brake lever and needs to be filed to allow the brake lever to return to its normal position or the brake light may stay on.Also the clearance is very very close, especially the left side. It works with the stock levers, but you can't put aftermarket levers. Most aftermarket levers are adjustable and stick a little further from the handle bar. These handguards don't offer any extra room for anything beside the OEM levers.Keep that in mind if you think you might replace your levers at some point.Also, these are just for wind protection. simple plastic covers, attached only on one end. Don't expect any protection in case of drops/falls, or when going offroad and hitting branches, etc...If all you need is wind protection, and have no plans to change levers, they do the job and they look nice.

This is a perfect Honda OEM accessory for my 2017 Honda CB500X motorcycle. They do a really good job of keeping road wind off my hands when riding. Installation was not difficult using the instructions on the Honda website. I did have one little bobble that was my fault. I over tightened a bolt and stripped the threads which resulted in a visit to the dealership in order to replace the master cylinder. So, be careful when tightening bolts and screws.
