I was so happy to be able to get this thru Amazon. There are no dealer centers close to me and I could order, but the shipping cost was unbelievable. Fits perfectly and there were 2 in the package. So I have a spare.

The throat plate cover did not fit my Janome 8200. It was a little too narrow in width. It was described as fitting my Janome 8200! model.
