Came very quickly I’m in Canada and in a condo. The thermostat I ordered through Amazon is the perfect fit. In Canada we cannot buy the thermostat only a HVAC guy or electrician can purchase. I bought the two together from different sources. HVAC guy installed it. PERFECT

I bought it to replace my old thermostat for fan coil central air system. However, you needed to ask a technician for help due to different number of wires between them (old one had 6 coloured wires and new one had 7).

The suggestion reads, this cover is usually bought together with thermostat....should have been more clear....OR better yet, thermostat should be sold together with cover....I ended up having to wait to thermostat, then realized it did not cover hole in the wall and had to order and pay another shipping cost and waste more time waiting for cover. However, both arrived fairly quickly and in great condition/new as expected.
