I bought it because it was made for my brand of hard hat there are no holes to hook the rear straps to so it is now a two strap not a four strap connection

No instructions. Doesn't work with many hard hats. Had to do away with the four point. Now it's only a two point. Had to "make" holes in my hard hat to make it work. Overpriced at $18 plus.
