I have owned probably seven space heaters, and this is by far the best one I ever used. I even bought a second one and bought one for my sister and daughter. You can go either high or low, you can set the exact temperature you want. But the part I use every day in the winter is the Quiet Mode. So I get the room to where I want it, I flip the switch to Quiet Mode, it runs all night, you cannot really hear it, and then the room stays at 71 degrees all night. My mind is blown because it never gets too hot using this setting. I know Honeywell is an outstanding company known for its quality, and this space heater is a prime example.

I have roughly an 1800sq foot house and wanted supplement my boiler, because it can't keep up with the cold temps we experience. I was afraid that using a space heater was going to run my electric through the roof, that is not the case with the Honeywell Heat Genius Ceramic Heater. There was very little difference in my bill while running it 4hrs at a time on a daily basis during our sub zero temps. I googled so many heaters and read reviews on each of them and finally decided on Honeywell. It arrived as specified and so glad it did, 2 days later the aqua stat went bad on my boiler. Fortunately, someone was here within hours, but the heater provided enough heat for the duration. If you're looking to supplement or heat a small area, this is your heater.

Works as expected. Used as supplemental heat in a 15x12 room. The accidental tip-over shutoff feature is a life saver. My dogs have tipped it over twice and the unit immediately shut off. With that being said, it is tall and narrow, so it does not take much to tip it over.The three warming modes, high, low and floor are great. The floor mode works perfectly for heating up toes!

If this had a remote control it would be five stars out of five stars, does a nice job in my home office to warm it up in the morning. I tend to forget to turn it off when I leave the house. If it had a remote control I think I'd be better about that.

My house has no heating and the wood fireplace takes a while to warm the house in the winter after I have been away. This was an amazing addition to my house and has had heavy use since I got it. I have zero complaints!It doubles nicely as a white noise machine on high and can go from low noise to almost completely silent in other modes. The focused heating zones are amazing as I can target my feet or my torso/face when on the couch. Great when laying in my more elevated bed too! I can set it on the floor and the heat can go from the ground up to me without trouble and you can really feel the warmth. Does great to heat up one (~12ft x 12ft) room as well and can manage it pretty quickly considering the size of the unit. If you need a heater, I highly advise giving this one a try!The only downside is you can't turn off the display at night depending on the mode. When needed I just throw a small washcloth sized piece of fabric over it and problem solved!

Have several now and they work well in their different modes, like holding a room temperature. What's not so likely to be noticed is the two hour descending intensity heating which is very useful. It can be started anywhere in the two hour sequence and then will descend from there every half hour. Nice.

We now own 4 of these units. Only the last one was purchased from Amazon. They function very well. Set the temperature you desire and the unit will cycle off and on to keep it at that setting. Just like any space heater we do not leave them unattended, a wise safety protocol.The first one we purchased was about 4 years ago and is still working today. These do collect some dust around the small interior fans. At the end of each heating season, I take them apart (8 screws) and clean the fans with an air duster and small brush. It’s pretty easy to do if you are familiar with some DIY techniques. Would recommend this heater.

I bought and returned two other heaters because they did not make a dent on the temperature of the room I needed to warm up. Third time is definitely a charm! This little heater packs a punch and warms my always-cold 13'x16' family room in no time. I did not know I needed the quiet mode until I started using it during Zoom meetings. I love it! At first I didn't understand the timer mode since I can't set it for a specific time, but it has grown on me over time. I have not used the floor heater yet, but other reviewers love it tons, so I'll go with what they say since I really like this heater. Anyway, after trying a few heaters for my small family room, this is the one to keep.Update after two months of use: I still love this heater and I'm glad I purchased it, but I am not sure about the claims that it saves money on utility bills. While it is true that I can keep my furnace at a lower temperature and save money on my gas bill, my electric bill has gone up by about the same amount I am saving on gas. I knew the electric bill would go up by adding a space heater to the mix, but I did not expect it to be so much higher, as in it has doubled from what I normally pay in the winter. I don't even have it running all that long, and my electric bill still doubled. Having said that, I still like this heater a lot. Just beware of the claims that it saves money. It just transfers the energy cost from one source to another.

Le doy 4 estrellas ya que si es ruidoso aun en la versión silenciosa, me interesaba para un consultorio, por lo que me interesó en función de la descripción, ya que al revisar pacientes o escuchar corazón y pulmones me en necesario silencio. De las otras funciones, tamaño, y rapidez de calentamiento estoy satisfecho.
