My son and his gal bought a house in Florida. He ordred this to help regulate the temp in his house. We visited him in July. This unit worked great keeping the temp at a hot 78 degrees all day and night. I did get up and turn it down to 74. This thermostat kicked that air right on and cooled this old gal off so I could sleep. I did get up early enough to turn it back up before he woke up and the temp shot right up.

This thermostat is fantastic! I had an old mercury thermostat I was trying to replace. My home was always cold during the winter months. I would have the thermostat set at 70 and the heated temp would always say 65. With this new one it finally says 70 when set at 70. It was easy to install, set, and operate. I’m not in the least bit disappointed…great product!

This was a renewed product. It was slightly scratched up which was not to bad. I initially thought the battery cover was missing but after reading the instructions realized it was designed that way.

Cumple muy bien su función, sólo que le encontré dos detalles: 1) mi sistema ocupa conectar las dos líneas R y Rc por lo que tuve la necesidad de hacer un puente eléctrico entre ambas pero no lo pude hacer en las terminales de la base del termostato por falta de espacio; la solución es hacer el puente en el alambre, antes de llegar a las terminales 2) no pude configurar un retardo en la operación del ventilador al apagar el sistema, ya que con las resistencias eléctricas se requiere un cierto tiempo mantener el ventilador soplador encendido para enfriar el banco de resistencias.La condición es impecable para ser un equipo re acondicionado.Sí lo volvería a comprar 👍🏻

Very easy to set up and to use as a basic manual system. I also recommend lithium batteries. Also I like that it lights up for a minute when activated by the center right button.
