I received the scanner that cannot scan directly, I have to press enter after every scan to input information or it just work as areader. I ask this question to customer service they also didn’t reply me

THIS IS NOT A BARCODE SCANNER YOU CANNOT SCAN YOU CAN ONLY SEE A SQUARE OF LIGHT AND A RED POINT IF YOU HAVE 40 BARCODES TRACKED IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SCAN, IT DOES NOT BRING ANY USER MANUAL IT IS NOT WORTH MY SETTINGS , YOU DON'T HAVE A WAY TO CHANGE THE COFIGURATION TO THAT OF THE LIGHT BAR, HOW CAN IT BE SCANNED SO?
