Asked for refund but missed deadline of July 6 ... note we are July 8. Completely dissapointed, will never buy again.

It wouldn’t clip fully into place, it kept popping out. Returned it and bought a genuine Porsche part that fits perfectly.

It's a very simple double switch, so the part does work for ~$20 compared to the $100 OEM part.Compared to the original, it feels like a thinner plastic and has a sharper lip around every edge. The original has rounded plastic and feels substantial. The fit on a 987 Boxster was not great. It left gaps around the side of the trim and the tabs did not lock into place even after messing around with it. I reinstalled the OEM just to try again and it clicked in immediately after the first try.I ended up returning it because I feel like a bump would cause this piece to pop back out again with nothing securing it.

This fit and works like the original one does. Once installed can't tell it was ever replaced.Note: watch YouTube video on how to change it so you don't brake anything, you will need an Allen wrench to remove the panel but the job was easy and took less than 5 minutes

I really love my car but I thought I would take a chance given the difference in price between this and an oem part. It looks and fits exactly like the stock switch. Comparing the two side by side it was hard to tell them apart. And it works fine

The only trick was taking off the old one, porsche made it extremely difficult to take anything apart. But this product fits and worked, saved me close to $300-500 quoted.

The factory Porsche part is made in Germany and costs over $100. This unit is made in China, and looks exactly like the original with a nice, crisp molding. I don't know if the manufacturer got a hold of the original molds, but the quality is as good as the original at a fraction of the cost. Works great too, and corrected a few ills with my Cayman.

Super fast delivery. Perfect fit. If you're replacing yours know that there are two Allen head bolts with black caps on the side of that panel did you have to remove. Don't take the bolts all the way out just loosen them about a quarter inch. Then gently pop up the back then pop up the front and it should come free. Unplug the connector. Gently use a flat head screwdriver to pop the hole assembly out of the old door plastic assembly. Pop in your new one, don't get it backwards make sure the frunk is forward LOL. Reverse the steps and you're done! Under 5 minutes.
