I purchased this hook for a new robotic pool cleaner that didn’t come with a hook. It fits perfectly on my adjustable pole and works flawlessly. It’s made of a very hard plastic that feels very sturdy and will last a long time, barring it’s not left in the sun or dropped a lot. I can see how it might get brittle if left outside for too many Summers. I feel it is a great value and would recommend purchasing if you’re on the fence.

This little gadget seriously deserves more hype. If you’ve ever had to awkwardly fish your robotic pool cleaner out of the water by the cord or do that half-submerged reach-and-pray move — you need this robotic pool cleaner hook in your life.It’s super lightweight (you’ll barely notice it in your gear bin) but surprisingly sturdy. I was honestly expecting something flimsy for the price and size, but this hook is made of solid ABS and PC material that feels durable enough to last several pool seasons, no problem.What I really appreciate is how universal it is — it snaps right onto any standard telescopic pool pole, and it worked perfectly with both my cordless and corded pool vacs. Total plug-and-play situation. UPDATEI am reducing this by 1 star. After having used this for about a month the hook itself is nice and strong but the included V clip has started rusting. You would think it would be common sense to include a stainless steel clip for use with this. I ended up having to purchase some Stainless clips as I do not want rust on my new pool cement or other items near it. Photos included of this clip as well as along side a clip that I have left outside in an attachment for well over a month with zero rust.--------------------------------------------This is a review for: " Hook for All Robotic Pool Cleaner, Accessories Hook Customized for Pool Vacuum Robot, Robotic Pool Cleaner Including Cordless, Above Ground and Underwater, Suitable for Telescopic Poles"This is a very nice hard hook that can be used for grabbing and retrieving just about anything. It comes with a strong metal button pin set and I had no issues fitting it into our pool extension rod. Installing and lining up the pins wasn't as easy as I had expected but it's not as deep into the hook as you would think so if you mess up it is easy to retrieve with some needle nose pliers, come to think of it I should have installed the pin spring using those!

A picture is worth 1000 words. The hook on the left is the hook I received, and the one on the right is the hook that came with my pool robot. The first photo shows the new hook in its original packaging. This new hook is much larger in every way. It has more 'hook', is longer, and is slightly thicker and sturdier than the one that came with my robot. ALSO, the little round nubs that secure it into the end of a pool pole are made of metal and won't wear-out, whereas the one that came with my robot are plastic. Note that it comes with its nubs not inserted but inserting them was a breeze and took all of 15 seconds. I ordered this because I misplaced my other hook and found it after I ordered this, but I am keeping this one.

I like the shape and thickness of this hook. You can see in my picture the one that I have been using is very short and thick and I had problems with getting the hook to engage with my robot's handle. I also like that this has metal push pins versus the plastic ones on my previous one. So far so good on it holding up with the weight of my robotic cleaner from the depths of my large pool.

This hook attaches to your telescoping pool pole. It’s designed to lift the robotic pool vacuumed out of the pool when it’s completed its cycle. It attaches to the telescoping pole same as Your skimmer or any other attachment. It will work on any pool vacuum that has a handle that a hook will be able to catch. I’m using mine on a wybot.The sun makes them become brittle over time so I suggest buying two. They are simple but very useful

It may look like metal in the ad, but it's plastic. However it is very sturdy, and does the job. If it doesn't last the summer, I will edit.It's a bargain price right now, too.
