I went on YouTube to see if I can find a video of this product, I did see one but I wasn’t sure if this was going to fix my issue with my speaker. I went ahead and purchased it and the issue I was having was resolved. They’re both the same style, the replacement doesn’t weight as much as the OEM but it works just fine. I I’m used my speaker two gigs, each gig over 7hrs and works perfect! No issues! I replaced the OEM one from my speaker because I would hear the vocal from the songs, I thought it was something major then this little issue but reading articles online and going the cheap route first before spending major money. Worked great! I even made a second purchase for the same time and have it as a back it! Just in case it happens again after a gig.

This voice coil will not fit a JBL 2408-1 driver, the center metal ring will not fit into the magnet housing, appears to be .5mm too big in diameter. see photo.My 2408H-1 drivers came out of a JBL AM5212,95, 12" Two Way, Medium Power, Full - Range array housing having 1ea - LF Driver: 262H-1, and 1ea HF Driver: 2408H-1I purchased 3 and none fit.
