I received a pack of two silicone baking tray. I really like the different color pans. Each pan bakes 4 hot dog buns. I make all kinds of different breads and rolls. I have made hot dog buns before but these buns came out perfectly formed. The dough rose so nicely in these pans I was so happy. I have a large pan that I was able to put both of the silicone trays on during baking so they would not be disturbed or move on the oven racks during the baking process. I was so happy that they came out great and the family enjoyed them. I will be trying these formed pans next to make pretzel buns. They are so easy to clean by hand. Great formed pans.

I used one of these alongside some stand alone metal hotdog moulds, all placed on a baking pan for stability and ease of taking out of the oven. These work and I got fairly uniform hotdog rolls. But, the rolls wanted to stick more to these and I had to turn them upside down to release, whereas they glided out of the other pans. I think they were also a bit less done in these, particularly the middle two of the 4... so not as uniform. But they certainly do work for the job.
