I love this k-cup coffee maker. It is very slim, and hardly takes up any counter space. There's only two of us at home, and sometimes, only one of us craves a cup of coffee. This brews a very tasty fresh cup, enough for one 16 ounce cup, with filters for K-cup pods or ground coffee. And the price for this machine is waaaayyy less than buying a full-sized Keurig machine, which is also very bulky. It's so easy to use, brews quickly, and I cannot think of anything negative about this. Highly recommended if there's only one or two coffee drinkers in your household. Highly recommended, and we will be getting this for Christmas gifts this year!

My only 2 minor complaints are that 1) the coffee pod filter holder isn’t level, so you can’t stand it up straight and 2) the drip tray can’t be removed to be washed. Luckily my machine is right next to my sink, so i just pick up the whole coffee machine (lightweight and easy to handle) and rinse the drip tray that way. I love this machine otherwise as it meets my needs perfectly for a quick, fresh, hot cup of coffee every time! Just pick your mug, fill it with water and pour into the reservoir. Each time you make a cup, it determines the coffee size based on how much water you put in (no mug size selection if that’s important to you).Of course if you’re using your own coffee grinds, you have to clean out the old grinds from the pod. That’s my least favorite part but it’s gotta be done. It’s a softer plastic than a Keurig….Love it!!!!

I had been wanting a single serve coffee maker for a while but did not want to drop the money for a Keurig. So when i received this, the moment I brewed my first cup of coffee I knew this was a fantastic alternative! It comes with two brew pods, one is for the k-pods and the other is very your own ground coffee, along with a little metal basket. It came with instructions but it's so easy with the 3 buttons, that i really didn't need to read them on how to use the product. The taste of the coffee is great. It's made with a very convenient design in which the size makes it not take up alot of space on the countertop. I have not used the cold brew/iced coffee option yet as I'm not sure if I need to get different coffee for that, but I'll look into it. So far there hasn't been any issues with leakage or issues with the brewing. The quality of coffee is great.I think this product is a great value for the money, as it is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this product!

I have a regular 14 cup coffee maker, but once my husband gave up coffee, I found it makes much more coffee than I need. I thought a single-cup brewer would be perfect size for me and it is. This allows me to add up to 16 ounces of water to make even a large cup of coffee. That's good because some mornings I need more caffeine than others. The machine is lightweight and easy to move off my countertop when not in use. I used a k-cup coffee pod, but I love that this included an attachment to allow me to use any ground coffee. Right now it's still chilly in my area, so I'm enjoying my coffee hot. But with summer just around the corner, I plan to make use of the iced coffee option on this coffee maker. There is also an option to make a stronger cup. I love having such functionality in an easy to use coffee machine.

My coffee maker recently died and making French press coffee on my breaks isn't working because it takes too much time. I saw this coffee maker and I thought I'd try it out. When I took it out of the box I plugged it in and I filled the reservoir with water and stuck a mug underneath it and clicked "Hot Brew" to start cleaning it out with just plain water. I have done that with every coffee maker that I have ever owned, "brewed" four or five runs through with just plain water to make sure all the stuff from manufacturing is cleaned out. I then started reading the instructions. I've used dozens if not hundreds of coffee makers in my life and I really didn't feel the need to read the instructions but since I'm reviewing this I decided to read the instructions. As I'm reading I see that the instructions state to place the desired amount of water in the reservoir. I read that again and then I hurried up to the coffee maker which I had just filled the mug to the top. The mug I placed under it was just about to overflow. I did switch out to another mug before disaster struck but my point is that this isn't a typical K-Cup dispenser where you can keep water in the reservoir and it delivers one cup at a time. It's like a drip coffee maker and it will empty the entire reservoir at one go. There are two inserts that go into the machine to brew coffee. One insert has a filter so that you can use regular ground coffee in the coffee maker and Brew one cup at a time. The other one is for Brewing K-Cups. I will say that I actually like this type of setup better. The entire insert comes out so that you can easily clean it. Cleaning the inside of a traditional K-Cup dispenser is a real pain because you can't take it apart. The little needle that pierces the K-Cup does get dirty with time and it is next to impossible to clean. With this coffee maker you just take the whole thing out wash it and put it back in. I did get some K-Cups to use in this coffee maker and the K-Cup dispenser works great. The other insert which basically turns this into a one cup drip coffee maker works fantastic as well. I wonder if they are going to sell more inserts for it. There are three different dispensing modes, over ice, hot brew and strong. I'm not sure there's much of a difference between over ice and hot brew but the strong one does drip out more slowly which does make the coffee a bit stronger. Overall I am happy with this coffee maker.
