Ok, 5 star only because of Amazon return policy. First one delivered was bad out of box (I use to repair elevators and escalators so I know these things happen) ordered second one installed problem solved. First one I sent back to Amazon and they credited my account with no issues!

It works well. However the plug was wrong. Had to cut the plug off the old one and crimp it to the new part.

Update - I vacuumed out the burn box to prepare to replace the igniter. Then I noticed that the igniter had been pushed back to the point it wouldn't light the pellets. My guess is that the vacuum nozzle pushed it back in it's holder. Once I reset it to the proper position and tested it I found that it was functioning correctly. I'm updating my 3 star review to 5 stars. The ignitor was easy to install on my louisiana grill LG900C. Did a great job of lighting pellets while it lasted which was about 8 months of light use. I'm going to look for something more reliable.

Worked great the first time I put it in. Only worked for three lighting cycles though. It no longer works and I do not recommend this product.

My Louisiana pellet grill was stored outside under the cover that came with it, but drew some moisture over the winter. When i went to fire it up again, it turned on and about a second later it tripped my GFCI breaker. I isolated it to the ignitor rod, and tried a few times manually starting it while waiting for a replacement. When i finally decided to install this, it was very simple. 6 screws removed, 1 plastic connector, and loosening 2 screws to get the old one out. This one seems to have better insulation around the wires than the stock one. Only used it a few times, but no issues and my grill runs good as new. Tip: I tested to make sure it was working before fastening it in. Wanted to make sure the board wasn't the issue before i tightened the screws and marked this rod up in case i needed to return it.

This hot rod worked well in my Traeger. Seems to start slow but it works. Not sure if it had the correct connectors because I hardwired all my components.
