I am giving one star as I thought I was receiving a brand new water urn nope this unit was used and I have had it in an hour and it is not warming at all. I cannot tell you my absolute frustration with this. My business who was depending upon this is out of luck I guess for a busy Easter weekend. Don’t buy it isn’t worth it for what they charge
