I had a small one for lunches I used for years. My lunch (fresh or frozen) was always ready by noon - I plugged it in by 9 or 10. I'm now retired and take food to my elderly parents once in a while and thought I'd try the larger size. Just as nice!

This is the best tool to help me with my 88 year old Mom's pre-cooked meals. Its safe for her use! I cook a weeks worth of meals and freeze them. She is able to take from freezer to the HotLogic food heater and can safely keep in there for hours until she is ready to eat. We put plastics, paper, glass etc and it safely heats the food. IT WORKS!!

Sad to say but I was today years old before discovering the Hotlogic. It's like having a horizontal slow cooker that stores nearly flat, is portable, and weighs almost nothing! I like to make batches of food (chili, stew, etc.) and freeze them for later. I also like to camp and don't like arriving at the campground and having to cook after a long day on the road. What's so awesome about the Hotlogic is that I can place one of my frozen meals inside, and when we arrive at our destination, we have a lovely hot meal all ready! I've used it with both frozen and fresh foods and it generally takes about 2 hours to heat/cook fresh food to temp and up to 6 hours for frozen. My suggestion is to use a meat thermometer after 2 hours to ensure your food is heated to 160-165F, which is the maximum for the Hotlogic. The food is never dry or overcooked but retains its juiciness. If you are into meal prep, this is a wonderful product. You can prepare your meals for the week in advance and then use the Hotlogic to heat them throughout the week. By the way, there are tons of meal suggestions on YouTube to inspire you.

Bought as a gift for son that works in construction and does not always have a microwave to heat food.Does an amazing job reheating and prefers it over a microwave. It is compact and can be left in his vehicle for the days there is no other source for reheating dinner.Fabulous product.

I like the interior hotplate and how neatly the power cord tucks away. This worked perfectly at my group's Christmas party. My food arrived nice and hot and stayed that way all afternoon.I wish it also had a 12V power cord. The car I took doesn't have a 110V inverter. Fortunately my driving distance was short.

It's an awesome oven and exactly what I was looking for. I'm a massage therapist and wanted something to heat bamboo tools, wet washcloths, and a neck roll all at the same time. It does that perfectly. :)However, I don't think it was a brand new item, which was not mentioned in the listing. Everything was previously opened (the box and the interior plastic). But, the oven works and doesn't have any damage.

I started out with a mini version of this and some of the Frozen TV dinners that I wanted to stock didn't fit so I bought the larger one as soon as it came available.I am so happy to have gotten this larger one I will be able to use it for potlucks but also it gives me more flexibility to use at home because I can include a vegetable next to a dinner. I can also use it to warm up and keep the temperature food for a group.whenever I use either one I always make sure that whatever I'm putting in it is really sealed well. I personally use aluminum foil for this. if I do sit without some sort of cover the food will get dry and the inside will have a lot of condensation. I think it's absolutely essential that you have a good cover on it.It fits my Pyrex casseroles as well as my round Pyrex storage containers. And it will hold any frozen dinner that I want to have when I'm in a hurry.Just a reminder it does not brown anything so it's not useful for things like pizza.I am going to enjoy taking things to potluck dinners in it knowing that whatever I bring will remain warm for the whole meal. in the past I always brought something in a slow cooker that was heavy and needed to be really cleaned while before I took it home and this will not need that as long as I can put the cover on the casserole I can just bring it home and clean it. It is much more lightweight.For those of small kitchens like myself the mini fits perfectly inside the larger version. That is how I store them. I love that they are very lightweight.I don't own or travel in an RV but this would be perfect for that in my opinion. I plan on taking it with me when I travel to motels so that I can have a meal waiting for me at the end of the day without having to go and pay restaurant fees, or eat fast food.
