Well-constructed pole, easy to assemble, however since use, I've had to unwrap my 3 by 5-foot flag twice in seven days of usage.

It’s very nice but the ball at the top is not stainless, it’s plastic either a silver coating that is a little scratched off so I’m guessing that’s going to be a problem after some outdoor exposure. I’m keeping it but just letting you know if that’s important to you.

I've only had it one day, so, keep that in mind. It was easy to assemble. The wall thickness of the metal is thin, but seems sturdy. I'm not certain what wind it will withstand. The design of the swivels looks good and functions. Overall, I will give it a five. I will update if there is an issue.

This flag pole has been attached to a hitch mount flag carrier two weeks. Attached to it is a 3x5 heavyweight embroidered american flag and it is subjected to speeds in excess of 65mph daily.I enjoy several things about this-- the first being the color. My jeep is black, I didn't want a white, silver or wooden flagpole. The finish is durable and doesn't scratch easily. I like that the poles length can be adjusted by the addition or removal of sections and they hold together well. I have needed to adjust them a few times but considering what I've subjected this flag pole to, its a non issue. The parts that hold the flag are held in place by set screws-- I added some loctite to them given the application and they havent budged. The spinner part spins freely and prevents my flag from getting caught on the tire carrier or farm jack. Even at a high speed of travel, the pole does not bend under the force of the flag moving.

I am impressed with the quality and construction of this flag pole-- especially over the standard wood poles. The sections easily screw together, and the aluminum has a nice finish. The pole arrived with no scratches. The best feature is the circular posts that hold the flag to the pole swivel to avoid the flag wrapping around the pole. The only recommendation to improve the product is that the clips that hold the flag to the post swivel are too small, so it does take some effort to attach them. The solution would be to make these clips about an inch larger to easily clip on the flag.
