The can opener works great, but it is so loud that when it wears out I'm going to have to trydifferent type unless you csn make it work quiter.

I paid $7 with coupon which is what these gadgets should be priced around That said, this works perfectly. Yes it is loud, requires batteries but it fits a variety of cans,with different edges and diameters and the best part is the cut lid has no edge to cut yourself on removing it. I find it fun, kind of like a toy monster attacking a can. I bought this because I broke my hand and was one handed and couldn't use a manual can opener but this is a keeper. :Love that it's battery operated so I can take it anywhere.

So loud in use it is uncomfortable... Need earplugs to use it !
